New Family Home

Under permitted development we received planning permission to convert an existing agricultural barn and then we gained planning permission for a new house on the site in Preston, Kent.

Kitchen Extension to Grade II Listed House

This small Oak frame extension to a Grade II Listed house transforms the Kitchen-Dining room, which now opens up to the views and gardens to the back of the property.

Barn Conversion

Under permitted development legislation we received planning permission to convert an existing agricultural barn into four houses. The timber structure of the original barn has been retained and can be enjoyed in different ways throughout the building. The living space opens up to the full height of the barn, while the bedrooms are lit from rooflights above.

Small Barn Conversion

An unused outbuilding has been converted to create an annexe for elderly relatives, so they can now be closer to the family home.

Refurbishment of Grade II Listed Chapel

The Chapel had been used for storing apples for many years and was in a bad state of repair. We upgraded the building envelope with wood fibre and sheep’s wool insulation and repaired the finishes and fittings, with new windows and reinstatement of the wood panelling. It is now a great space for entertaining family & friends!
